Opening Day is very very near....
Announcements has been made...
Today had a phone call from the signage firm that she might not be able to finish the signage within the week :( some signage permit has to be filled with it... I honestly didn't thought it would take this long... long... long... they ask the business permit.. It took awhile before they approved it but we secured it.. they ask for a signage, we provided an outline thinking they would just give the necessary requirements so we can have it done.. but then there should be a contractor who will do the signage job..(one that is referred by them of course) we contacted them had them do it for us... dimension, lettering and logos and contact number was lay-out in compliance with their requirement. upon receipt: first they said no permit is necessary...
"OK. Lets get started!" I said.
But then she said.. "he said he will look into it and he ll give me a call in the afternoon (Friday)"
"OH BOUY!!!!!!!... " I murmured.
of course as expected he didn't call and we are left waiting for nothing....( Is this how it normally goes?)
Today. I got the call.
Very disappointing...
A question I thought of ?????... I'm I building such a big business to go through all this troubles?
Some people conduct business without legal permits and people who do the right thing have to go through bureaucracy... there are more bigger fish to catch and fry.. Me? I'm just a simple person who loves and enjoy sharing and teaching the children.. a person who has to work long hours a day, 5 days a week to finance what I love doing.... Please give me a break.
But then again, at the end of the day... I will be happy and not guilty. be content and not miserable. I am THANKFUL>>> for everything though it may not be easy as it looks.
YOU LL SEE ME STILL SMILLING AMIDST ALL THIS.
Still hoping that we'll make it this Saturday. I'll wait again tomorrow..
